You lose nothing. Your paid month starts the day you pay, not the day the first month ended — so you never pay for days you didn't use. You can come back a month later, or six, and still get a full month for your money.
ChairFill pauses rather than disappearing. For a week it still answers patients who message you so nobody is left hanging, then it stops taking bookings. Your patients, chats and settings stay exactly where they are, and subscribing brings it all straight back.
It's an optional add-on, because unlike everything else it costs us real money per minute of call. $49/month includes 500 minutes, then $0.15 a minute (in India: ₹2,499/month for 250 minutes, then ₹12). It also needs a $100 refundable deposit (₹7,999 in India), which we hold against minutes you've already used — you'll always see exactly what you've used and what's owed before it's charged.
Yes. Contact support any time to cancel the voice add-on. We deduct any unpaid extra minutes and refund the rest within 7 working days.
